1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NomosLogic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
NomosLogic provides clinical genomics infrastructure including genome resolution, multi-omic fusion, and evolutionary discovery tools. The platform is designed to provide actionable intelligence and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms from the platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, including COVENANT, TRINITY, PROTEUS, and the Hardy Bridge, are proprietary to NomosLogic Inc. Nine patent applications have been filed. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
NomosLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah or Wilmington, Delaware.
